The Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) announced the RCA Premier League 2019 title sponsor, Unimoni, the famous worldwide supplier of money transfer, foreign exchange and payment solutions..
This year marks the sixth year of RCA- Unimoni partnership, formerly known as the UAE
The league that started Sunday, July 21, will see 24 clubs playing in the 50- over format of the game for the championship.
The Premier League of Unimoni- RCA will be performed in two divisions. Division I matches will be performed at the Gahanga International Stadium and Division II matches will be played at the IPRC-Kigali Oval Stadium..
A total of 24 teams — 14 men and 10 women’s section — have registered to participate in the tournament this year, which will run through November 17.

In 2013, the RCA Premier League began as a tournament for the major cricket clubs in Rwanda. The tournament is the perfect platform for aspiring Rwandan cricketers to demonstrate their talent and improve their sporting abilities. White Clouds Cricket Club are women’s defending champions, while Challengers Cricket Club are men’s league title holders
