UNGUKA
Bank Rwanda would like to recruit competent and qualified staff for the
following positions:

Treasury
Manager

Under
the administrative supervision of Head of Finance, the Treasury Manager is
responsible for the following duties:

Funds
Management;
Asset
and Liability Management and Balance Sheet Risk Management of liquidity
and interest rate mismatch;
Foreign
currency (FX) exposure and trading;
Dealership
role trading in Government Papers (T-bills and Government Bonds) ;
Confirmation
issue and matching of all deals;
Calculating
and publishing the exchange rates;
Calculating
the daily exchange position;
Become
a partner to business unit and achieving business goals by ensuring
availability of cheaper funds as per requirement;
To
develop, document and implementa policy for treasury function as well as
spearhead the evolution of complete department over time;
To
develop and manage cash flow forecasts on a regular basis and close
monitoring
To
hedge all financial risks;
To
minimize financial charges and increase financial revenues;
To
manage bank relationship and create competition between banks to get best
pricing ;
Be
responsible for developing measurable performance management system for
treasury function.

Qualifications
and other requirements

The
candidates must:

At
least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance
and Banking
Proven
experience of at least 3 years in Banking industry ;
Fluent
in English ;
Team
player and hardworking;
Leadership
skills ;
Ability
to work under pressure deadlines,
Demonstrate
a high level of integrity;
