  1. Support
    needs assessment and analysis.
  2. Coordinate
    UNICEF Emergency/Recovery WASH intervention.
  3. Support
    in identifying supply gaps and support in end-user monitoring.
  4. Planning
    for emergency and recovery interventions including the development of
    donor concept notes and proposals.
  5. Coordination
    with local authorities, civil society; and WASH cluster and inter-cluster
    partners.
  6. Facilitate
    Participatory and community-based approaches.
  7. Attention
    to cross-cutting issues and application of WASH emergency standards.
  8. Training
    and building capacity for implementing partners.
  9. Generating
    daily and weekly WASH response report, including input for situation
    reports.
