• Perform services
  to assure the safety and protection of company property and personnel
  against loss or damage from any preventable cause including fire, theft,
  embezzlement, damage or destruction, trespass, espionage, or
  sabotage. 
• Oversee the
  facility patrols (farm premises) and ward off intruders.
• Keenly investigate
  source of security breach and recommend corrective action.
• Carry out
  periodic security risk assessment at all company sites &
  installations.
• Evaluate
  incidents and determine course of action.
• Manage processes
  for protecting classified information, and sensitive information.
• Update and
  review Standard Operating Procedures to identify gaps or deviations and
  implement corrective action 

• The ideal
  candidate should hold a Diploma in Business related field with Risk
  management or Security bias or equivalent qualification.
• Additional
  training in security management is an added advantage.
• A minimum of
  three or more years of investigative experience preferably with a security
  organization with two years at supervisory level.
• Possess basic
  knowledge of criminal and civil law.
