client is a leading Australian building contractor with over 2000 staff
nationally and a portfolio of large scale award winning projects within
high-rise Commercial and Residential.
Due to continuous growth and acquisition of larger projects my client is
seeking the best of the best to join their team as a Senior Site Manager to be
based on a $185mil 28 level high-rise project in Sydney CBD.
Ideally you will have –
• Carpentry background or tertiary qualified progressing through the ranks to
Foreman/Site Manager
• Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor in the Australian market
• Ideally, experience running projects up to $100M Plus
• Reasonable computer proficiency
• Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate subcontractors, have good time
management, have strong ability to display leadership on site whilst upholding
the highest level of OH&S.
• One of the best Site Managers in Australia
