y working as a Travel Consultant with at
least 3 + years experience using a GDS and have excellent worldwide destination
and product knowledge; then apply now!

Duties:
* Book travel packages to all worldwide destinations including air, cruise,
tours and add other on ancillary products
* Answering inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to follow-up excising
quotes
* Make reservations on GDS and use of a back off system
* Ensure outstanding customer service is offered on every call

Requirements:
* Ability to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Ability to work to deadlines and priorities work load
* Have an excellent eye for attention to detail
* Excellent worldwide travel industry knowledge
* Ability to upsell and switch sell to ensure maximum profit is made from each
booking
* A bubbly upbeat telephone manner with a passion for travel
* Experience using GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre

Personal attributes:
* A natural sales affinity and ability to interpret customer requirements.
* Excellent first hand, long haul travel experiences
* Positive attitude and an ability to work in a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Customer focussed
* Able to follow instructions and deliver best possible outcomes to the
customer.
* Quality orientated.

This is a part-time Travel consultants role for an experienced travel
consultant. Candidates must be suitability experienced in travel sales, GDS and
have through product knowledge to be considered.
