QUALIFICATION AND ATTRIBUTES
-Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field plus 2 years
experience
-Good communication and writing skills
-experience in sanitation marketing and social
marketing
-must have motor cycle license
-Good leadership skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate WASH activities
-Coach and mentor members of staff in WASH and
related projects
-Prepare work plans, budgets and progress reports
-Organize and facilitate training sessions and
awareness meetings
-Facilitate formation and strengthening of WASH
local level institutions and management structures
-Provide guidance in sanitation and hygiene
marketing
-facilitate community led lobbying and advocacy
activities
-Development of concept papers and proposals
-Document WASH case studies
