Qualifications:
- Medical doctor with at least 2 years of
post-graduate training and/or clinical experience - English proficiency required
- 2 years of experience in managing projects and
supervising teams across multiple sites, including developing and managing
strategies, work plans, performance metrics and budgets - Genuinely enjoys working collaboratively with
a diverse team - Prior work experience in resource-poor
settings especially in rural and/or knowledge of primary health care
systems; - Computer skills in word processing including
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strong communication, organizational, and
writing skills - Proven ability to exercise good judgment and
diplomacy - Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, handle
