Role Purpose
- Working with Dealer’s team monitoring Dealer
Salesmen’s field performance - Ensuring they comply with the Basic Routine
and work with discipline and processes as defined by Tigo
Key Responsibilities
Core tasks & responsibilities
Leader
- Program daily routes of visits to make
- Control Dealer’s Salesman’s route
(interception) - Visit circuit a day after Salesman
- During sale: observe salesman; fill out
evaluation form
Manager
- Prepare and submit monthly itinerary on the
first working day of the month - Prepare daily route before going out on the
street - Manage the portfolio of POS in their area
- Visit POS (Target: 100% POS/month)
- With Salesman (Accompaniment – three times
weekly) - During sale: observe salesman; fill out
evaluation form - Following sale: provide feedback to salesman
as coaching - Without Salesman (Back Check)
- Visit circuit a day after Salesman
- Ask POS vender questions from form; fill out
evaluation form - Control Dealer’s Salesman’s route
(interception) - Update POS status on the WIB menue
- Draw and map new and migrated POS on the
printed map - Program daily routes of visits to make
- Audit POS’s: Scoredcard and Market Share
reports - Verify EPIN lines in the POS
Ambassador
- Educate POS on new services and products
Entrepreneur/Distribution Coordinator
- Fix or add visibility material (POP) where
appropriate - Identify Market and Trate opportunities
Position Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, preferable
Bachelor in business administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering - 2 years of managerial experience with field
and operation experience preferable in FMCG - Without Bachelor degree, 5 years of
operational experience with field and operation experience
