Administrator
Reports to:MFS Operation Manager
Summary of Job Description
• Centre for product knowledge for customers and agents
• Centre for product improvement
• Check and file customer registration forms
• Provide administrative support for the compliance functions of the Tigo Cash
back office
• Manage the archiving of Tigo Cash documents in compliance with regulatory
requirements
• Develop training material and organize training for Agents, Team Leaders
& Freelancers
Minimum Job Requirements
• Degree in Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing .
• 1 years of experience in customer & Finance.
