Role Purpose
As a DMS IT Support, you are accountable for the optimizing DMS platform to
ensure the quality of the distribution information obtained from the DMS Field
Supervisor and other sources. This includes working with the technical
deployments, system integration technical support, and training, ensuring SOX
and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Operational
- Provide technical deployment and
implementation of DMS in operations working with the Africa regional
project team. - Ensure DMS is integrate with the other systems
to generate all distribution related reports - Become the technical support interface by
working with supplier and Millicom project team and operations, for the
system support and trouble shooting of the following:
– Mapinfo Professional
– DMS Database
– SMSC connection
– OTA operations
– Smart Trust Applications
– DMS Database
– SMSC connection
– OTA operations
– Smart Trust Applications
2. Training
Train operational resources in technical skills to
manage and support the technical aspects of the DMS

3. Control and regulatory compliance
Ensure all IT control policies are adherent
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in IT/Computer sciences or
equivalent - 1 to 2 years of experience in Information
Technology/ Computer Sciences
