We have an opening for an experienced person to manage the Alchemy Bar & Restaurant.
As the Publican, you set the scene to deliver on the core values of our
business.
Who we want:

You have a genuine untiring passion for pleasing people, good booze and honest
food. A natural leader, people like being around you. Giving direction is easy.

Skills you have to have:
• Sound technical knowledge of all things hospitality.
• The ability to control your costs and read and manage a profit & loss
statement.
• The ability to lead by example, delegate and develop your own team.
The Publican will be accountable for generating growth and profit, and ensuring
all areas of pub operations are covered.
