About the Role
As a Principal Consultant you will manage, coach
& mentor a team of consultants who assist in returning our clients back to
suitable employment. You will be responsible for ensuring superior client
service standards, maintaining good customer relationships and building new
business opportunities as well as driving financial performance.

About You
You’ll need extensive industry experience,
demonstrated leadership ability, a desire to succeed, a track record of
achieving long-lasting outcomes, negotiation and networking skills and a strong
team ethic. Proven experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is a must!

Essential Criteria:
You will require either full Psych registration
with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or full membership
with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors).
