North Ryde is currently looking for an energetic and motivated part time
F&B Attendant to join our dedicated Bar Team.

Overview of Duties:

Ensure
all guests’ expectations are met and exceeded
Assists
in opening set up and closing duties of the outlet as required
Prepares
and serves all beverages and food service
Maintains
a clean and safe work environment
Provide
consistent and professional service levels at all times
Effective
communication with team members focusing on the satisfaction of hotel
guests
Have a
thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the
menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and
upsell alternative

To be considered for
this role the candidate should possess the following:

2 years
minimum experience in a similar role and environment
Current
RSA Certificate and Food Handlers Certificate
Flexibility
in working variable shifts over 7 days, including weekends & public
holidays
Comprehensive
food & wine knowledge
Coffee/barista
and a la carte service experience
Accuracy
in order taking and understanding sequence of service
Previous
experience in making cocktails
Good
knowledge of wines and other beverages
High
personal presentation
Can
multi task under pressure
