successful applicant will be responsible for all transactions and revenue
management of this busy restaurant including Close of Trade
Reconciling and Banking.

It is
desirable that you have a strong accounting background or have
previously held a similar position within a Hotel or very busy
restaurant. Experience with MYOB and RESPAK along with
excellent Office /Computer skills will see you to the front of the line.

In
partnership with our Wine Director you will be required to maintain an
extensive wine list and as such some wine knowledge is highly desirable. Some
computer based stock control duties are expected along with Wine list and Menu
printing will be required of the successful applicant.

position requires your attendance for Dinner Service Tuesday to Friday along
with one double shift of Lunch and Dinner each Saturday.
