Duties and Responsibilities:
• Stimulating innovation and consumer focus throughout the operation
• Ensuring achievement of department objectives
• Coordinate the monthly schedule of the sales force
• Training of sales executives on all Tigo products and services
• Lead the sales team and control and supervise all the corporate sales executives’ activities.
• Support and help the postpaid sales executives to achieve their targets and bring and give leads and prospective customers to the corporate sales executives
• Train sales executives in sales techniques and other sales related tasks.
• Prepare and send the daily, weekly and monthly sales report
Qualification and Skills:
• University degree, business/service oriented.
• 2 to 3 year of operational & managerial experience in customer service & in leading sales
• Training within a Telecom environment is a plus
• Should be a team player with unquestionable integrity
• Should have good planning and organizational skills
• Creative and Innovative
• Must be Rwandan
