Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Provide facilities management activities, which include M & E services of the building
• Lead a team of technicians in controlling and implementing operations (for supervisory role)
• Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination and execution of service project to ensure on time delivery and in accordance with procedures
• Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or its equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in Facility/Building Maintenance services
• Team player and customer-centric
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in BMS will be an advantage
• Able to perform shift work
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
