Our client a
major Oil and Gas Operator has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Technical Assistant/Facilities Manager to join their exciting team at Barrow
Island on a 20:10 roster.

Your duties and responsibilities
in this r

ole include, but are not limited to the following:

Documentation

Responsible for the management and close out of all formal transmitted
documentation
Liaise with Document control & document expeditor`s regarding review and
approval of documents & weekly reporting
Review of placeholder documents and approval of revised supplier documentation
submission dates
Assisting with formatting of documents
Ensure contractors are issued with updated project documentation
Input of all corrective maintenance requests into Pronto for all Barrow Island
Offices

Administration
Rosters and Flight bookings
Office management and KPI`s
Timesheets, overtime and leave requests

Contract
Reconciliation of weekly Project hours and cross reference to contractor`s
daily personnel reports, flight reports & timesheets
Process Overtime requests from contractor`s and reconcile against Project
hours
Upload compliance documents into CMS

Reporting
Maintain registers for project coordinators
Processing of contractor documents such as Dual Occupancy reports

Health, Safety, Environment and
Quarantine

Ensures the development and implementation of a safe working environment
for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and
Injury Free culture
Familiar with Chevron`s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) tools
Participates in the sites safety meetings

To be successful in this
position you will possess the following skills/attributes
:

At least five (5) years administration experience in a similar role
Able to establish and maintain complex spread sheets, databases and records for
the purpose of controlling and managing site activities
Excellent Attention to detail and accuracy in proof reading documentation
Advanced skills in Microsoft packages
Knowledge of document control procedures

Detailed knowledge of
Project Systems and processes will be highly regarded

CMS, WTT, Documentum, Pronto and KIMS
