Earned a PhD degree from a recognized institution
Be a committed Christian
Be a senior academician of the mark of senior lecturer and above from a reputable substitution
Have a proven track record of academic administration at least at level of academic Dean or Director
Have a strong passion in academic Research and Publication
Have strong leadership qualities particularly in modeling and motivation team work
Compensation:
