Job Description
• Preparation of Cashbooks from PX stores on a weekly and monthly basis, checking that all income and expenditure is correctly recorded.
• Checking of supplier invoices to ensure that the amount is correct and the transactions are correctly recorded.
• Follow up approval of supplier invoices and payment from Dubai and advise Finance Manager of status.
• Analysis of Inter Company invoices against SLAs and Work Orders, ensuring that all jobs have been completed, authorised and recorded correctly before sending to Finance Manager for review.
• Maintenance of goods in transit records.
• Maintenance of records of discrepancy claims for short and incorrect deliveries.
• Assistance with ad-hoc reports, as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential:
• Accountancy qualification. (CA)
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office (particularly MSXL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Flexible attitude.
Desirable:
• Previous work with a large international contractor.
• Retail background.
• Multi currency experience (US$ and Euro).
Salary Details:
1500 USD per month
2400 USD per annum
