North
Coast TAFE is seeking a CRM System and Communications Administrator to be based
at the C,offs Harbour Education Campus on the North Coast of NSW.

providing specialist CRM system and communications administration and project
assistance for the implementation and management of world-class customer
relationship management (CRM).

Reporting
directly to the Director, Customer Engagement and Student Support, this
position:

  • Configures,
    builds and maintains the self-service knowledge bases to ensure easy
    access to the full range of information commonly sought by North Coast
    TAFE customers
  • Assists
    the Project Manager, CRM with a range of project management activities
  • Assists
    in the development and management of a tiered approach to CRM trouble
    shooting and problem solving, including effective staff self-service, IT
    service desk first tier enablement, and Tier 2 specialist CRM internal and
    vendor support
  • Provides
    a range of CRM mechanisms for continuously improving customer engagement,
    experience and insight
  • Promotes
    and enables new processes and technologies to drive an outstanding CRM
    experience for customers and staff
  • Contributes
    to a range of CRM organisational change activities including communication
    and training

If you have:
  • Demonstrated
    CRM implementation and administration experience including:

    a. CRM project experience including system
    implementation and user testing

    b. Solid understanding of CRM customer lifecycle
    concepts as they apply to higher education, including marketing, sales,
    service and support

    c. Ability to lead and influence a range of staff
    and project stakeholders across multiple functions in a large organisation
    to achieve results

    d. Experience in analysing and streamlining
    customer-facing business processes for effective leverage of CRM
    capabilities
  • Have
    terrific communication and team working skills, a passion for continuous
    improvement and superb attention to detail
  • An
    eye for design, deep empathy for customers and computer users, and the
    belief that you just might have the knack for picking what ?looks right?
    in an online customer environment
  • Are
    confident around complex software systems, with a strong desire to really
    learn what makes them tick

Location: Negotiable between North Coast TAFE campuses

Status: 2 positions available (one 12
month temporary contract and one 8 month temporary contract). These contracts
may be extended subject to business needs.
