Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Manager
Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Central (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
• Pre and Post contract management responsibilities, contract negotiations, contract administration
• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractor and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Responsible for contract review, develop contract strategy, monitor contract implementation
• Good time management, independent, driven to get job done
• Handle all ad-hoc function & tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil/M&E Management or equivalent
• Approximate 15 years of working experience in the related fields
• Able to liaise effectively with consultants, sub-contractors and authorities etc
• Good knowledge and understanding in overall processes of cost and contract management, feasibility studies, tender process
• Computer literate with good command of oral & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates with M&E, civil and building site experience will have an added advantage.
• A pleasant personality with good interpersonal, detail oriented, initiative
• Able to start work immediately will have added advantage
