Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains pertaining to the project (HDB)
• Attend dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town
Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client.
• Conduct regular visits to residents/tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties
• Record the minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel , powerpoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in HDB projects preferred
Monday – Sat, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Depend on the project location
