Network
Technical Support Engineer(Location: Shanghai, CHINA)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adherence
to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity - Provide a
high level of technical response to the customers - Ensure
that all communication with customers is within the guidelines of the
client - Follow the
prescribed problem resolution procedures - Reach and
maintain the level of technical competence and customer service skills as
required for the post - Daily
duties include service provisioning, configuration, monitoring,
troubleshooting and providing network consultancy and data centre
operation - Ensure
that service levels are achieved as communicated by the L2 engineer or
Account Manager - Sometimes
need project-in-residence/ on-site support - Can adapt
night shift work to provide 7*24*365 services

- Bachelor
degree or above - Native
Malaysian; proficiency
in English and Mandarin - Familiar
with communication technology and telecom operation system, such as
telecom network, data network, common IT support skills - Knowledge in
the following areas, Virtualization, Network, Security, Linux / Unix,
Windows AD, E-Mail, Storage, MySQL, Oracle and MS-SQL; - Holder of
MCP, MCSE, MCITP, LPI or CCNA is an advantage - Experience
with Cisco Smart-net process will be an advantage. - Relevant
experience in IT & Telecom industry will be a plus. - Positive
Attitude, Proactive, Results-oriented, quick learner and Integrity
