Sweets Fom The Earth, a commercial vegan bakery in North York, is
looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. This is a
multi-dimensional job that entails:
• Dealing with customer inquiries and concerns, mostly on the
telephone and through email
• Guiding customers through the order process, and managing custom
orders from start to finish
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Coordinating with production t
eam to ensure all custom orders are
prepared accurately and on time

• Organized and process driven
• Excellent at multi-tasking
• Capable of working under pressure and solving problems effectively
• Friendly and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Organized and able to prioritize and manage time effectively in a
busy environment.
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Detail-oriented
• Experienced using Outlook, Excel and Word
• bilingual English/French (desirable)
