Materials

national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading
license.

proposal with costs along with supporting document

Actionaid Head Office located in Remera opposite to the National stadium on the
side of Giporoso the second building next to RSSB building with ZIGAMA CSS Bank
Offices

The
opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00
AM at the Actionaid conference-room.

All
bidders shall be Rwandan by nationality

A
Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest. All bidders found to have
conflict of interest shall be disqualified.
