looking for an experience & high caliber Supply Chain Manager to be based in Indonesia to join their dynamic team.
Job Description
Directly reporting to the President Director and dotted line to the Group Planning Director, you are solely responsible to lead and direct the supply chain to ensure that all aspects of Factory Loading, Warehousing, and all its’ Planning activity – from Order Book through to final Dispatch and inclusive of Export Shipping – are executed with precision and integrity, on-time and in-full.
Your other responsibilities include:
• Ensure that the business has complete visibility of all appropriate KPI’s and Metrics so that all targets are expected service levels are fully met
• Ensure full and complete communication of current performance and future trends and to achieve satisfactory solution to any issues by adopting a preventive approach within the business
• Through close liaison with the on-site Business Improvement Manager and the use of Lean Six Sigma techniques to ensure that the processes used by each team within each area of responsibility in the Supply Chain, are continually reviewed in order to reduce none added value activities and to ultimately streamline operations
The Successful Applicant
You must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant capacity in broad end-to-end Supply Chain Management in a Manufacturing Environment. You must have a proven track record in a responsible Supply Chain role in a MNC of similar proportions within a fast paced environment. You must be strong in analytical, planning and leadership skills and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and at different levels. Prior Experience in a FMCG Manufacturing Environment is highly preferred.
