ASSISTANT DOCUMENT CONTROLLERS
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently assist Document Controller or immediate superior in daily routine work
• Continuously monitor and maintain the electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
• Effectively control all incoming and outgoing drawings, documents, data, correspondences by using relevant registers and forms
• Liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation issues (e.g. discrepancy on the documents)
• Perform efficient periodic checking on drawings to ensure the latest revisions are on active files
• Maintain and archive Quality Management System (QMS)* records (e.g. checklists, forms), documents and data
Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in relevant disciplines
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001 is a pre-requisite
• Able to read basic information on construction drawings
