enhance the generalization of the findings. This study employed a descriptive
study, design with the use of questionnaires analyzed in percentages
distribution limited the studies, meaning that a time-series analysis can be
used. Future study is to conduct a two sided self administered questionnaires
which investigates the expectation and satisfaction level of health records
keeping in health care industries. Lastly a larger sample size should be used
to efficiently x-ray the purpose of the study.
