Engineering Manager (Johor)
Responsibilities :
• To lead a team of Assembly Process Engineers in achieving quality, yield, cost and productivity targets through effective controls, innovation, optimization and improvement of processes, equipment, flow and materials.
• Champion the introduction of new products and packages from the industrialization phase to mass production phase.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Material Science
• At least 7 year of working experience in the related field with 3 years experience leading teams of engineering team in assembly or similar industry
• Black belt in DMAIC
• Lean Manufacturing
• Proficient in JMP software
• Qualified DOE instructor
• Well verse in FMEA
• SPC
• Knowledge in substrate based material
• Problem solving skills using 8D, Ishikawa, 5 why
