Technical Operations Executive (Diploma / $2800 )
Job Scope:
Acceptance of data files
Monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Work on vBOX system configuration change requests
Work on vBOX operational information requests
Function as L2 customer support for cases routed from co’s helpdesk
Liaise and work with SI on problem identification and resolution
Liaise and work with data centre vendor on problem identification and resolution
Perform and execute any Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
Requirements
Diploma qualification with relevant experience in IT
Preferably with administrative and customer service background
A little bit of web experience
