managed as not for profit centres with over 15 years’ experience. Our Centre
operates from 7.30am until 5:45pm Monday to Friday.

About your new Role:
The successful
candidate is passionate and able to effectively implement the educational
program through their educational leadership role.
Design and implement
developmental programs with appropriate evaluation frameworks;
Nurture strong
relationships with staff, families and children;
Work closely with
the nominated supervisor to maintain compliance requirements and meet
relevant regulations and standards;
Drive continuous
improvement of the service for staff and children that meet the Centre’s
overall philosophy.
About You:
To be successful for
this position you must have:
At
least 2 years’ experience in an educational position
The
passion and drive to lead and inspire a team of educators
Recognised
Early Childhood Teaching Degree
A
demonstrated understanding of children’s development and the Early Years
Learning Framework
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
Valid
First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
Current
working with children check.
