Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide multi- latitude, multi-level accounting data for the company management and the business sector timely and accurately.
Provide high quality service for the company‘s business development.
According to the company’s financial strategy and Accounting Management Department‘s objectives and plans, build accounting shared platform to support the business development.
According to the group’s uniform accounting policy and related business center ‘s accounting process requirements, manage and monitor the SSC’s accounting work.
According to the shared country’s national external compliance requirements, carry out and fulfill all the accounting processes and internal control requirements, organize the accounting work, timely find and driven to solve business problems, reduce the financial risks, to ensure the smooth completion of internal and external auditing.
Make SSC’s human resources planning, create a good atmosphere for the organization by strengthen performance appraisal, training, exchange of experience, and constantly improve their business skills and occupation level.
According to the company’s reform, actively coordinate with related resources involved in the transformation, timely feedback the problem in the process and track.
Person Specification
Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years of public and industry accounting experience, among which must have 8+ years of management working experience, Preferably with 5+ years of operational experiences in multi-national SSC . familiar with the multinational company’s accounting policies and accounting process
Qualifications:
Familiar with control, audit and local accounting regulations
Familiar with the relevant accounting standards and economic, tax and legal knowledge.
Proficient in all accounting related process .
Profound understanding of organization, human resource management, organization structure, business accounting policy and procedural knowledge.
Familiar with international trade and international business
Profound understanding of IFRS as well as local accounting disciplines and ERP system
Solid communication skills, CET-6 or above
Education background:
Professional degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA/ACCA preferred
Fluent in English
