team in Sydney West and North West.

Position
This role
is mainly inbound call centred with focus on completing the call. You will
be expected to:

- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Provide customer service to
complete the call - Qualify the purpose of the call
- Book and change appointments
- Advise the cost and
requirements of the appointments - Support the Specialty group to
which you are assigned
Our focus
is on providing the patient and GP with a well informed response to their call
and they speak to only ONE Specialist Services representative.

This is a
full time position which requires a commitment from you to become part of a
specific specialty team. Our specialties include Cardiology, Oncology,
Surgery, Geriatric Health, Women’s and Children’s Health, ENT, to name a few.
