Our client located in the Chullora area is seeking an experienced full function Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team!

Reporting to the Credit Manager, your main responsibilities will include:-
• Invoicing
• Allocations
• Collection of monies owing on the ledger
• Respond to customer queries and enquiries
• Reconciliation of accounts as required
• Receipting all EFT payments, cheques and cash sales
• Manage Credit Applications for new accounts
• Trade references
• Maintain Accounts Receivable systems
• Send monthly statements to all customers

Ideal candidate;
• FMCG experience, not essential, however favourable
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Experience using an ERP system

You will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role, clear communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
