The Business;
The Hotel combines luxury Hotel accommodation, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant & moderate conference & banqueting facilities.
This award winning Head Chef has a growing profile & is looking for an experienced No.2 / Sous Chef to continue to drive the operation to the next level.
Responsibilities as Sous Chef include:
Fully responsible for the entire kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
Maintaining & driving consistently high standards of produce
Input into all areas of kitchen management inc; menu design, staff training, environmental health issues etc
The ideal Sous Chef will :
Have experience in a similarly high quality minimum 3 AA Rosette level
Possess a passion and knowledge for food.
Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
This position may suit a career motivated Senior CDP or Junior Sous looking to take the next step @ Sous Chef level.
