Human Resource Manager (Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Responsibilities:
The role calls for a client facing HR with responsibility in the full gamut of HR functions. You are accountable for HR policies and processes, Performance Management, Talent Attraction and Retention, Organisation Development and Change management. Using your subject matter expertise knowledge, you act as an advisor to the business and partnering closely with them to align people strategy to business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, you come with minimum 8 to 10 years of HR experience working in a fast pace environment. Prior experience in supporting Malaysia and Indonesia operations is a must. Experience in merger and acquisition is a great plus. You are highly resourceful and take initiative with the ability to multi task. A strong communicator, you are a rapport builder with good interpersonal skills.
