Job Requirements:
• Candidates must have at a minimum a B.A. in social care and have at least five years experience working with young people at risk in a residential care setting.
• Candidates must also have a deep commitment to children’s rights and child protection and enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging environment.
• Significant experience in a management/supervisory capacity with experience and knowledge of carrying out assessments including risk assessments will be is essential.
• A full clean driving license
