ment; our Client is seeking to
appoint a Development Engineering Manager to join its team. This position will
be responsible for managing the Development Engineering team within Australia,
in addition to supporting the Technical Director in leading the innovation for
the Australian business.
Reporting
to the Technical Director, and working alongside other senior managers with
responsibilities for Quality Assurance and Product Development, this position
requires the successful candidate to create a portfolio of projects aimed at
enhancing profitability whilst maintaining the quality this company is renowned
for.

The
successful candidate for this Executive position will have:

Proven track record of delivering custom machinery design, ideally within a
food manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of delivering custom machinery design, ideally within a

Proven management experience within a technical manufacturing environment;

•
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of multi-skilled specialists,
ideally within a Development Engineering context;

•
Demonstrated personal and professional commitment to continuous improvement in
operational performance through a drive for best manufacturing practice in a
supportive culture;

•
Tertiary qualifications in mechanical or process engineering;

Sound experience in the use of CAD; and
