Dealer’s Representative/Product Specialist
Selangor – Branch Office, Subang Jaya/Headquarters, Shah Alam


Responsibilities:
• This position requires the personnel to handle dealing in stocks (only for dealer), marketing and sales activities for the company’s products and services.
• To expand company sales by developing new accounts & new products sales in all market segments that is assigned by the management.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• To serve existing customers’ needs, manage daily activities, and provide necessary weekly sales progress report.
• Organize and conduct product presentations & training to prospects and existing customers.
• Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed sales and budget targets.
• Attend all the necessary sales training conducted by the Management.
• Assist and support Marketing Manager in planning, developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies, plans and programs.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing or Mass Communication.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in sales. However, fresh graduates with the right attitude & personality for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Required Qualification(s): Passed Module 6 & 7 (for dealer’s representatives position)
• Required skill(s): Marketing and Sales.
• Required language(s): English, Malay & Chinese (added advantage).
• Creative, sociable and builds rapport with people easily.
• Customer and result-oriented with self-driven attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
