Payroll Executive
Reports to Payroll Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Assist Payroll Supervisor to compute, process and reconcile monthly payroll.
• Maintain and update personal data of new and existing employees in the payroll system.
• Verify and process overtime claim, allowances and staff loans.
• Manage and maintain the internal leave systems.
• Submit CPF contribution, NS makeup pay, maternity, childcare leave, workmen injury compensation and medical insurance claims.
• Assist Payroll Supervisor to prepare and consolidate payroll variance reports, journal accounting GL entries, accrual, HR reports, HQ reports, manpower budgeting and statutory surveys.
• Prepare and submit Annual Employment Income Statement, IR8E and income tax clearance, IR21 to IRAS.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation on all payroll matters.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Accounts or equivalent preferably with certification in Human Resource Management.
• Min. 4 years of relevant payroll administration experience.
• Sound knowledge on Employment Act, Employment Income Tax Act and CPF regulations.
• Good knowledge in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Meticulous, accurate and able to multi-task, most importantly a passion for payroll
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different working styles.
