Monrovia, Liberia. Position will be responsible for a staff of approximately 26
individuals, including the operation of a Refugee Camp currently housing 3,500
individuals. 20% travel to outlying regions will be required. Position also
oversees agrarian projects and a micro-grant program.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for management of
 the project, applying best practices to all program goals and objectives.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly
 updates/reports, as required by the donor & Headquarters (Based in
 Minnesota, United States).
- Supervise the structure of the
 program and monitor the progress of the project objectives to ensure that
 it is completed on time and on budget and provide financial projections.
- Manage, train, and supervise all
 project staff members, applying all project related security measures for
 their safety.
- Develop and maintain productive
 relationships and communication for project coordination and
 implementation through local communities, regional coordination meetings,
 government programs, partner communications, INGO networks and donor
 agencies.
- Travel within the country and out;
 and work in remote areas for extended periods, as needed.
- Develop a long-term development
 strategy and take initiative to identify and develop proposals for
 external funding by public and private donors.
Education

Bachelors
degree in business, economics, international development, or related field, or
professional experience in the same areas (Masters or higher preferred)

Dates:
- 12+ month commitment to live and
 work in Liberia.
Provided
by SFL: Compensation – up to 4K per month, housing, $15.00 per day food
allowance. All project related travel expenses (including round-trip air
to/from the field) Visa documentation support.
