- Take
& address enquiries from landlords & tenants - Mange
general correspondence - Arranging
& conducting inspections - Assist
with maintenance requests & arrange property access - Chase
arrears & assist with end of month - Carry
out rent reviews & lease expiries
If
you have experience in a similar role (preferably in Commercial), MYOB and REST
experience (or similar), the ability to fit in well with a collaborative team
and excellent written and spoken English than this could be the role for you.
