We are a new signature brand under a Group of Companies specializing in the beauty retail business. For the past 10 years, the Group has been expanding rapidly through opening of new brands and retail chains to achieve the business’ growth and objective.

In line with our expansion plan, we are now hiring:

HR Manager
MYR 5500 – 6500 (+ Bonus & Allow)
Kuala Lumpur – Mid Valley

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR for the Company, which covers recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, payroll, performance management, HRIS & employee relations
• Ensure hiring objective is met for opening of new retail outlets
• Provide recommendations & solutions on various HR issues to Department Managers
• Ensure compliance to Company policies as well as labour law / statutory requirements
• Lead and manage a team of 2 HR staff and handle a total headcount of 150 employees

Requirements:
• Min a Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Admin or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR, of which 2 years are at Managerial level. Added advantage for those with exposure in the retail / grooming industry
• Good communication & written skills, both in English and Mandarin is compulsory
• Strong passion in recruitment and result oriented
• In view of the nature of the business, only females aged below 40 will be considered for this role
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley
