Seven Seeds Carlton
is seeking a Sous Chef to join the crew. We are looking for an individual who
is self-motivated with the ability to take direction from the Head Chef as well
as lead the kitchen team. Experience in breakfast / café environment is a must.
You will be working
in a fun team not on
ly in the kitchen but alongside great front of house staff,
baristas and roastery crew.
It’s a busy high volume service so the ability to be able to hussle and provide
support to the team is key.
This role
is full time working 40 – 50 hours per week, including weekends.
Our kitchen operates 7am – 4pm Monday to Saturday and 8am – 4pm Sunday.
The successful applicant will
• Have breakfast experience
• Have proven leadership skills in a similar role
• Come with the ability to contribute ideas and support the Head Chef
• Be keen and willing to learn
• Be reliable, punctual and well presented
• Have great attention to detail
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be familiar with Seven Seeds and our values
• Be a team player and willing to contribute to a fun work culture
