The
school feeding facilitator will be responsible for updates of stock records and
maintenance of all food and none food items. The facilitator will also be
responsible for the collection, compilation and submission of reports.

- Ensure
a daily meal provision to all schooling children from any of the camps - Ensure
that policies and programme operations are consistent with ADRA and WFP - Responsible
for stock records in all kitchens in different schools of different camps - Maintain
records and statistics of students that are supported by the project - Maintain
and update stock inventory records and location of goods - Prepare
all project request and process them for approval - Do
monitoring visit to some schools on school feeding activities and report
on some impact-measurements - In
collaboration with project coordinator conduct trainings on hygiene and
sanitation warehouse management - To
receive and verify Quantity and condition of food delivered by WFP - Carry
out food safety surveillance to identify and address the safety hazards - Coordinate
and facilitate the introduction of food safety system - Provide
timely reports as required by the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in relevant field- Education, Social Work, Nutrition, International
Development, etc. - 3
years progressive experience in international humanitarian development
work or related field and at least one year of direct experience working
in a school feeding program - Good
understanding of project lifecycle, humanitarian principles, tools,
programs and transfer modalities -
Good operational, analytical and problem solving skills - Ability
to work in team with a strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills - Ability
to cope with situation which may threaten health or safety - Excellent
communication skills and ability to prepare and deliver presentation in
English and Kinyarwanda - Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
