platform, and work with our global colleagues to ensure we can increase our
program reach and effectiveness. We need you to nurture key relationships in
the Pacific area and drive the development of new proposals to secure funding
to deliver quality program
s to the most vulnerable children in our region.

Where you come in:
You will be part of our International Development Programs team. In these two
(2) permanent full-time positions based in East Melbourne (relocating to
Carlton in Q4 2016), you will be a key escalation point for SCI Country Offices
while working on identifying and nurturing relationships with key institutional
donors, tracking new business development opportunities and winning new program
funding.
You will make an impact by:
- Overseeing our programmatic activity within a specific
geographic area, including ensuring that donor requirements and
expectations are being met - Supervising, coaching and developing a team member
- Securing new program funding through key relationships
and business development opportunities - Representing SCA at events and meetings to build our
brand awareness - Collaborating effectively with the High Value Consulting
and Improved Business Development Teams, and Technical Assistance

need:
- Demonstrated planning and organising skills, including
financial skills - Exceptional experience proactively identifying and
winning new business opportunities - Very strong relationship building experience
- Experience in effective negotiation, problem solving and
managing change - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
