OPEN TENDER NOTICE FOR THE REHABILITATION WORKS OF PLAYGROUND IN SIX (6)
REFUGEES CAMPS

Save
the Children Rwanda invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified
construction companies for the Rehabilitation works of Basketball, Volleyball
and Football grounds in 6 refugee’s camps in Rwanda.
 The
tender is divided into 6 lots:
  1. LOT#1:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in Gihembe
    refugee camp
    .
  2. LOT#2:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in Kigeme
    refugee camp.
  3. LOT#3:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in
Kiziba
refugee camp
  1. LOT#4:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in Mahama
    refugee camp
    .
  2. LOT#5:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in Mugombwa
    refugee camp.
  3. LOT#6:
    Rehabilitation of Basketball, volleyball and Football play ground in Nyabiheke
    refugee camp.
Bidding
will be conducted through National Open Competitive Bidding and is open to all
qualified and experienced construction companies and registered in the Republic
of Rwanda. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from the below
office, starting Wednesday, August 30th, 2017.

A
certificate of visit will be issued to all bidders and will constitute a key
document of the bid. The visit will be on bidders’ charges.
Well
presented, properly bound in sealed envelopes and presented in two copies one
of which is the “ORIGINAL” marked: TENDER FOR THE REHABILITATIONS WORKS OF
PLAYGROUNDS IN REFUGEE CAMPs
and addressed to SAVE THE CHILDREN COUNTRY
DIRECTOR
should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception of Save the
Children Office not later than 5:30 PM on September 11th 2017.
The
bids will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline of their
submission
Any
Tender document received after the deadline time shall be rejected.
Save
the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any application or part
thereof, and is not bound to give reasons for its decision. Enquiries regarding
