Place of Work: Monrovia (with 50% travel to field offices)
Job Purpose:
• Co-coordinating and supporting and leading programme /projects design, baseline development, assessments, monitoring, reviews, evaluation and learning,
• S/he will build country programme capacity by guiding, supporting and leading design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and procedures that are appropriate, effective and cost-efficient.
Key Accountabilities:
• Design, lead and manage participatory processes to establish country programme Monitoring, Evaluation and & Learning systems.
• Ensure that Children’s participation is integral to all Monitoring, Evaluation and & Learning activities
Person Specification Essential:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning.
• Bachelor degree in a directly related field, such as operations research, and quantitative analysis.
