Sample collection

The Vegetables was bought
from traders in five markets from the hours of 6:00 am to 11:00 am in the
morning. Vegetables include: Pumpkin 
(Teffaria spp), Okra (Abelmoschus, esculents), Bitter leaf (Vermica,
amydalina), Spinach (Talium, trangulare). The vegetables was collected into labelled
polythene bags and transported to the laboratory for examination for larvae
within 6 hours of collection.
